Adedapo Ajibade is development strategist working towards youth led solutions in Africa. As a learning and development strategist, educator, gender equality advocate his expertise cuts across design, development and management of capacity building and violence prevention programmes (especially violence against women and girls). He is the project officer at the Knowledge Exchange Centre, an initiative with the main objective of bridging the skill gap in the Nigerian labour market by designing and implementing programmes that supports capacity building.

God'sgift is a Digital marketing and social entrepreneur, passionate about using social media to drive social good and social growth with his people skills, storytelling skills, digital marketing strategy, content marketing and analytical skills, he also utilize digital Media for business growth and to expand, improve brand awareness and increase profits for SMEs and large organizations. God’sgift is driven by his passion to grow young minds to become proficient in Digital/Tech. Skills as it relates to the future of work, he is an alumni of REDx Media Training by RED Media Africa and also holds a Certificate in Digital and Content Marketing from Udemy and Team7Project. God’sgift is the Program Assistant Officer in charge of corporate training at Knowledge Exchange Centre, he also serve as the Social Producer and Brand Designer.
Folahan is the first contact person in the organisation and as the Executive Assistant, she provides administrative support to Executive Secretary. However, she is also in charge of financial book keeping, Invoice processing, payment record reconciliation and track records of the organisation achievement. She has a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mass Communication.
Aghogho Akporido holds a degree in Agricultural Economics from Delta State University and an MBA from Lagos Business School (Pan-Atlantic University). He has close to a decade of work experience spanning 4 major sectors (Agri-business, Online Publishing, Training & Development and Non-profit). Aghogho has held key management and leadership position throughout his working career. He was the publication manager for the biggest online publishing company in Africa (www.academicjournals.org). He has competence in the following areas; Management, Business strategy, Project Management, Research, Managing training programmes, facilitating courses and management consulting. He was part of the consultant for Goldman Sacc 10,000 women empowerment initiative in collaboration with Enterprise Development Centre (Pan-Atlantic University). Aghogho Akporido is currently the Executive Secretary of Knowledge Exchange Centre (A Non-profit organisation) where he provides leadership and direct the affairs of the organisation. He has a certificate in Nonprofit Leadership and Management Programme obtained from the Lagos Business School. He has organised and managed over 100 training and development projects/ event which has impacted over 2000 participants spanning from, unemployed graduates, junior, middle and senior level staff. He also facilitates courses at KEC. These courses include but not limited to Creativity and Innovation, Personal Effectiveness and Mastery, Personal Leadership, Excellent Customer Service, Business Management, Business Plan Writing, Career Development Courses, Effective PowerPoint Presentation etc.
